Tote of Sandhill Topsoil + Organic Mix

Introducing our newest offering: Hassle-free, mess-free gardening with our convenient bulk totes of soil, compost or mulch! Say goodbye to cumbersome bags and messy spills - our totes revolutionize the way you handle bulk products.

Here's what you need to know:
- Each tote hold approximately 1 cubic yard of product. (This will cover approximately 150 sq ft if applied 2" thick.)
- You can keep the tote - or return it in good condition for a $25 Sandhill Gift Card.
- Offering curb-side delivery.
- Drop off location must be clearly marked and within 10 feet of truck access (we cannot drive on your lawn or anywhere off of the road or your driveway).
- Our driver reserves the right to drop where they see fit if the location is not clearly marked or is not in a location which meets our accessibility requirements. We cannot return to move the bag after delivery.

This topsoil + organic mix is a clay-based product. It's not preferred for vegetable or flower beds. It may retain water which can cause clumping.
